As the local startup, Bus Stop Mamas (BSM), matures, they were exploring ways to expand their revenue model. While they already have designs for a new site, the immediate next step was to make their current website increase new revenue streams and create better systems for accountability.
Apiary worked with BSM to review different revenue model approaches and play them out with users on their site. Ultimately, we updated the current location to collect payments for each post, support user accounts and user-facing dashboards to increase user management and accuracy, put systems in place to track accountability, and finally automated some processes to better leverage their CMS.
